Orders are placed through our Shopify store, Instagram, or WhatsApp. Payment is accepted via CliQ or other listed methods. An order is considered confirmed only once payment has been received and acknowledged by us. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are outlined in our Shipping Policy. While we aim to meet stated delivery windows, delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility.
